Who we are
This site is published by Reyers89, a brand and trade name owned by Arthus Haulot, sole proprietorship, Brussels, Belgium.

Hosting: Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States (Cloudflare Pages). The reyers89.be domain is registered through IONOS SE.
Pre-order terms
The sweater is sold on pre-order only, until pre-orders close (date coming soon). It is produced once, based on the number of pre-orders, and won't be reprinted except on exceptional request.
Price: the starting price is €36 per sweater. It drops for everyone depending on the number of paid pre-orders at closing: €33 from 50 pre-orders and €30 from 150. The difference is refunded to each buyer by bank transfer after closing.
Payment: by bank transfer only, ideally an instant transfer, with the structured reference given after the form.
Confirmation: a pre-order is confirmed when the full transfer is received. A pre-order not paid within 7 days is cancelled.
Cancellation: by email only, to [email protected]. Cancellation is effective once we have confirmed it by reply, as we first need to identify your order and your transfer. Up to 2 days before closing, the amount is refunded in full by bank transfer. Less than 2 days before closing, or after closing, you can still cancel but no refund is given.
Pick-up: in person, at Mediapark or nearby, on the date sent by email. No delivery.
Printing defects: tell us within 14 days of pick-up. We'll do our best to replace the sweater, but no refund is given.
Privacy policy
Data collected: for a pre-order, your first name, last name, email, phone, size and profile (optional). For the newsletter, your email and first name (optional).
Why: to manage your pre-order, check your payment, organise pick-up and, only if you agreed, send you Reyers89 news.
Where: the data is stored in a private Google Sheet (Google), accessible only to the Reyers89 team. It is never sold or shared.
How long: pre-order data is kept up to 12 months after pick-up. Newsletter sign-ups, until you unsubscribe.
Your rights: you can ask to access, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to us. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
Cookies: this site uses no tracking cookies or advertising tools. The typeface is loaded from Fontshare, which receives your IP address to display it.
