Pick your size on the Pre-order page and fill in the form. You'll then get the transfer details on screen and by email. Ideally, make an instant transfer: your pre-order is confirmed as soon as it arrives.

Yes, and it's even better: your transfer arrives in seconds and your pre-order is confirmed faster. At most Belgian banks, an instant transfer costs no more than a regular one.

Card payments take a fee on every purchase. A bank transfer costs nothing: that's what lets us keep the price this low.

Everyone transfers €36. The price drops for everyone at each tier of confirmed pre-orders: €33 from 50 pre-orders and €30 from 150. After pre-orders close, we refund the difference to each person by bank transfer.

Until pre-orders close (date coming soon). After that, the sweater goes into production and won't be reprinted.

When your transfer reaches our account with the right reference. We check transfers ourselves, so the counter can take a day or two to move. Without a transfer within 7 days, the pre-order is cancelled.

Don't worry. Send us a message on Instagram with your name and the date of the transfer and we'll find your order.

Yes, by email only, to [email protected]. Cancellation is effective once we've confirmed it by reply: we first need to find your order and your transfer. Up to 2 days before pre-orders close, we refund you in full. Less than 2 days before closing, or after, you can still cancel but without a refund.

Yes, as many as you like, in the same size. For different sizes, place one order per size.

The fit is roomy and boxy. Take your usual size for a boxy look, one size down for a closer fit. The size guide is here.

No. It's produced once, based on pre-orders. An exception is possible on request: get in touch.

No, it only comes in burgundy, with the cream print.

Tell us within 14 days of pick-up. We'll do our best to replace it, but there are no refunds.

In person, at Mediapark or close by. We'll email you the date and time as soon as the sweaters are ready.

No, pick-up is in person only. If you can't make it, someone else can collect it for you with your order reference.
